Hey, I’m Theresa — but you can call me T.

I’m a coffee-loving, dirty matcha-converted, triple-C soul (city crunchy-ish with a country twist) living life between sunshine and spontaneity.

Born and raised in Hawaii, now soaking up the golden rays in Southern California, I feel most alive with the sun on my skin, ocean breeze in my hair, and a scoop of lychee shave ice in hand. Nature speaks my language — whether I’m chasing trails, cooking barefoot in my kitchen, or winding down with a magnesium bath.
